Not only is the staff the most professional and courteous around, they went out of their way to make a special cream for my very sunburned back, legs, arms, and everything else in between. Not only did the cream contain everything natural, IT SMELLED LIKE MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP. How can you be sad with that smell on you? And how can you be sad with a smoothing cream slathered on you, healing you IN A JIFFY. Thank you x 1000

I cannot say enough about the customer service and professional quality of this pharmacy. They have been very helpful in explaining my medications, my insurance, and even taking time to answer some of my more obscure questions. This level of care is rarely seen these days, especially in the big corporate pharmacies.

Simply pure Rx is amazing! The staff is so professional, I asked for a cream for my face (anti-aging and dark circles) and they made one special just for me! I have been using it twice a day once in the morning and once at night and I can see the circles under my eyes fading and the wrinkles slowly disappearing. The cream is all natural and smells so amazing. It goes on so smooth and a little goes such a long way! Thank you so much simply pure rx!!

I've been having our topical medications compounded for my office by Simply Pure Rx for awhile now and they have great customer service. They're very responsive and I can rely on them for quick shipping and making any modifications/adjustments I need. I highly recommend them for offices who need certain topicals compounded.

Simply Pure Rx is fantastic! And the owner, Sami Musleh, is personable, attentive, and takes pride in providing excellent products. He's worked hard to accommodate my myriad of allergies and specifications, and he's provided customer service that has far exceeded our expectations and that we've received at chain stores. As someone with extremely sensitive skin and allergies, they've been able to create compounded lotions and products that fulfill my doctor's requirements and don't trigger my skin allergies. I've recommended them to others in the area, and I'll continue to use them for my prescriptions, my over-the-counter lotions and ointments, and my dog's prescriptions! Plus, they make an amazing ibuprofen cream that's perfect for post-workout soreness (it's actually what sold me on Simply Pure Rx when they just opened!). I've gotten several of my friends from yoga hooked on it! Check them out -- you won't be disappointed.

Amazing pharmacy! Our vet recommended them as a possible source for some unusual medicines for our sick pet. Not only were they able to prepare the medicines we needed within the day (on a weekend!), but they also found some flexible options for us that saved us at least $300 on the prescriptions we needed. They even called our vet and went over the ingredients for the new medication one by one to make sure it would be safe for our fuzzy baby! Everyone (especially Fatimah) truly went above and beyond to help us when they didn't need to. Apart from that, the pharmacy was wonderful: friendly, speedy, and incredibly helpful. I can't recommend them enough!

Friendly, even on the phone. Answered questions, explained pricing, and there was comfy furniture while I waited for my prescription to be packaged. Nearby street parking is a little confusing because this little area is a tangle of one way streets and triangle blocks, but not a large one. While there was no parking right in front of the store, I found a space half a block away, and that little tangle is designed with pedestrians in mind, so it was an easy walk.
